How do I download a PDF file?
When you click on the ‘Download The PDF’ button, this will open the PDF file in a new browser window. In the lower right hand corner of the PDF browser pages you will see an icon menu, click on the icon that looks like a disk to save the file to your computer.
How do I update my information on my account?
You can updated your information by logging into your account and scrolling down to the bottom of the page where you will find your profile information and links to update your information.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Don’t worry our system will send a link it to the email address on your account to reset your password. Click here to have your reset password link sent to you.
Do I have to setup an account before I purchase a course?
No, you can setup an account when you check out.
How do I purchase a course as a gift for someone?
If you would like to purchase a specific course as a gift for someone you can do that by making that purchase and emailing our customer care team (please link this to the support email) with the gift recipient’s first name, last name and email address. We also offer gift certificates, our customer care team would love to help you purchase one of those for a friend or family member as well.
What if the product I purchase was not for me?
We cannot offer returns or refunds on our digital courses, but if you are not satisfied with any of our teaching products, or have any issues with a particular product, we can arrange to grant you store credit of equal value that can be used to purchase any of our other digital courses or products.
