Shipping, Access, and Return Policy

What kind of delivery service does Life Empowerment Network offer?
For all large items, Life Empowerment Network uses USPS, Fed Ex or UPS shipping service depending on where you live. For smaller items, we offer service through USPS.

Where do you ship?
Life Empowerment Network currently ships anywhere in the United States (AK and HI require additional shipping charges).

What is the charge for shipping?
Life Empowerment Network shipping charges depend on the products’ size and weight, and the delivery distance. Shipping is calculated automatically and is included in your order total. For “Request a Quote” items this information will be provided to you at the time of the quote.

How long will it take for my products to arrive?
If the item is a “Request for Quote” item this information will be provided with your quote pricing. If the item is available for direct order with pricing your order will take up to 2 business days to process the product. Shipping takes an additional 7-14 days, depending on your location.

Why do my products have different delivery times and rates?
Products included in Life Empowerment Network’s shop may be shipped directly from the expert, so depending on where the items are shipped from and where you want the items shipped to, parts of your order may arrive separately and have different costs.

Why are digital products from the Aware Show no longer accessible to my account?
Aware Show Products included were available for one year usage and that period of time has expired.

Why do my products have different access expiration dates and rates?
Products included in Life Empowerment Network’s pricing is provided in cooperation with the expert, so depending on what the items are your order may have different expiration dates in terms of when you have access to the products.  Additionally it is possible bundled product Life Empowerment Network offerings may arrive separately and have different costs.

How can I contact the shipping service?

Return Policy
Only those items marked “eligible for return” shall be accepted for return. You must notify Life Empowerment Network at support@lifeempowermentnetwork.com of your intention to return your purchase within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Returns must be received within 10 business days of your order’s original shipment date and sent to the address it was shipped from, in original condition and packaging, using the company that delivered the item. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, you must contact customer care within 24 hours of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.
